Basics of playing tin whistle (pennywhistle) with emphasis on playing Irish music. Will go over whistle techniques related to Irish music playing and some discussion of Irish dance music structure. Mainly geared to beginners.I have been playing Irish music on tin whistle for about 12 years, have played for weddings, parties, and on small stages here and there. I perform with Peter Winchell, bouzouki player.
