Square Dance

Traditional square dance is:
- A dance form based on a fairly small number
of easy-to-learn figures that can be put together in countless ways
to provide decades of enjoyment.
- An amusement park ride that eight (usually) dancers
make for themselves and each other, powered by the musical energy of
a live band.
- Friendship set to music.
In this session, caller Jim Saxe will introduce the basic moves and lead a series of dances chosen for the enjoyment of beginners and old hands alike.
