Utah Phillips, the Golden Voice of the Great Southwest, is a song writer and story teller. Many of his songs are of days gone by, the days of steam trains and hobos and the struggles of working people and unions. Some of his best known songs are: Daddy What's a Train, Starlight on the Rails and The Goodnight-Loving Trail.

Ed Hilton is president of the San Francisco Folk Music Club, an elementary grades music teacher and a fan of Utah Phillips.
