PDF Schedule Printing

For printing we reccommend the PDF Version here. This prints best on legal (8.5 x 14) paper in landscape mode.

If you don't have access to legal-size paper, you can select "Fit to printable area" in the Acrobat Reader print dialog, as follows:

This will print everything, but will be shrunk slightly.

The above screen shot is from Acrobat Reader version 8 on a Windows PC. As of June 2008, this was the newest version available. Older versions and other platforms may vary slightly.

Why Isn't The PDF Letter Size?

It is true that most people don't have legal-size paper available. However, that is the size we use for the printed festival program we hand out. That is why the PDF program is formatted the way it is.

It would be a lot of work for us to create and maintain two formats. Even maintaining the HTML version (optimized for browsing) and the PDF (optimized for printing) and keeping them in step with program changes is a lot of effort. Indeed, the PDF version may sometimes be slightly out of date.
