Flash Mob Choir
Tony Elman
Saturday, June 21, 2014, 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Music 4 - Room #330

All are welcome to join this annual festival favorite! We'll sing chants, rounds and songs (African, sacred, tribal, original) in 3-6-part soaring harmony, while stepping, clapping (and broadly grinning!) in waves of rhythm. Water bottle recommended! "Exhilarating" "How did we DO that?"

Tony Elman is the creator of the Mokale Rhythm Circle and the founder/director of the Bay Area Polyrhythm Choir, which performs his original songs. He is also a successful record producer and the founder of Acorn Music, an independent label featuring his popular hammered dulcimer recordings. "A musical pioneer" - Washington Post
