Irish Slow-Mid Speed Tune Session
Ann McChesney-Young
Sunday, June 22, 2014, 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Jam Room - Room #317

Join in the fun of playing Irish tunes together at slow and moderate speeds. Each person is welcome to start an Irish tune that you know and set a slow or moderate speed for the session. All instruments are welcome. Please be considerate of the group as a whole, in terms of volume, speed/steadiness, and coordination among chordal and rhythm accompaniment instruments.

If you want to find some common session tunes to learn, here is a good resource:

Session leader Ann McChesney-Young plays Irish button accordion, and was one of the founders and long term members of the former Berkeley Area Slow Session.
