Blind Willies do a Tribute to Woody Guthrie
Annie and Alexei are recent graduates of San Francisco School of the Arts high school, Annie on violin, and Alexei on guitar and clarinet. The Blind Willies recently performed Hard Travellin With Words by John Steinbeck and Music by Woody Guthrie and Others at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.
Annie Staninec is a fiddling sensation much in demand with bluegrass bands. She currently plays with with the Donner Mountain Bluegrass Band, Dark Hollow, and All Wrecked Up. Annie and Alexie will both be attending UC Santa Cruz in the fall.
