Kay co-directs From Women's Hearts and Hands Guitar Camp. She teaches guitar and directs the Good Life Guitar Ensemble -- a beginning guitar ensemble class in San Francisco. In 2003, Kay published a book of rounds and a cappella harmony songs from many lands and centuries -- Pass It Around! Rounds from the Soul of a World. She is the Executive Director of Pass It Around! -- a non-profit organization that uses group-singing to support disadvantaged people. Kay teaches rounds singing classes and workshops in the Bay Area.
